During the past several weeks, I’m been learning a lot about adrenal fatigue, stress, types of stress, how to eliminate stress, plus so much more.
Well, after I started feeling better, this week, I get hit with an extreme dose of external stress, and since today has been an emotional day for me, I did what I know works best for me to combat stress, I grabbed my seeds, my shovel, and my camera and headed outdoors.
Ainsley, Sydney and I planted the following today (01 March 2012):
Kale (and LOTS of it!)
Baby bok choy
Almost spinach (‘almost’ because Sydney poured the entire pack of tiny seeds in the grass outside of the raised bed)
