My friend borrowed Average Joe on the Raw (another fav!). Which health documentaries are your favorites?

Greg called me this afternoon from work to share his friend’s gratitude to me for her reclaimed health.

Last summer I lent her the documentaries below and she changed her diet. Yesterday she received her results that showed a significant drop in her cholesterol and she also received the news that she no longer has to take her cholesterol or blood pressure medication. NO MORE PILLS!!!

I love when others take control of their health and reap amazing life-changing benefits! I couldn’t be happier for her!

The documentaries I shared with Greg’s colleague:

Since she asked to borrow my DVDs again so that she can take better notes, I will also be sharing the new additions to my collection with her:

Please, keep sharing your journey and your wisdom while saving one life at a time! Everyone has the ability to reclaim their health – they just need to know where to start!!

Here are some of my other favorites:

Much Love!

  1. Thank you for the recommendations, there’s some here I haven’t yet read!

  2. This post is worth everyone’s attention.

  3. I love your posts! Any plans on doing a post of a normal week at your house, food wise?

  4. Have you tried this site? http://gmbfoods.com/products-page-2/fudge-fatale/
Its really hard for me to find a gluten free chocolate sauce that i like!

  5. Watching Fat Sick and Nearly Dead, and Forks Over Knives were so life changing for us. They literally saved my husband’s life. He had fatty liver disease and was heading for metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes. After nine months he’s lost 42 pounds and no longer has fatty liver disease. I could go on and on about the health benefits we’ve seen in our family! Now I really want to watch Hungry for Change – haven’t heard of it before now.

Have you seen Got the Facts on Milk? http://www.milkdocumentary.com It’s a great one too.
